Julia Di Paolo completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Ottawa and has been working in the greater Toronto area ever since.

For over 10 years, Julia worked at Spine and Sport Physiotherapy Centre, formerly Anita Lorelli Physiotherapy Centre, in  downtown Toronto.  She was mentored by Anita Lorelli, a well known  physiotherapist who had her diploma in mechanical diagnosis and therapy.

Julia is fluent in French and English, and can  assess and treat you in your language of choice. Committed to continuing  education, she is a credentialed McKenzie therapist and successfully marries a  variety of techniques ranging from manual therapy to Sahrmann exercises. Julia  has a special interest in women’s health and has developed a treatment and  exercise program for diastasis recti.

Julia was a competitive volleyball player before  giving birth to two beautiful  boys.  She now stays fit through regular sessions with her personal trainer and commuting by bike to work with her boys in tow.
